Payment in full at booking
One payment. There are no instalment plans on a four-day event, and your seat is held from the moment it clears.
We confirm sixty days out
A workshop runs once enough seats are taken to cover the room. We tell you either way on that date, in writing.
If we do not run it, you get everything back
Full refund, no conditions, or move your seat to another city. You carry none of the risk of us not filling the room.
If you cannot make it, your seat moves
Before the confirmation date, ask and we refund you in full. After it, the venue is committed, so your seat transfers to another city instead.
[LEGAL] This policy needs its own section in the spec and a review alongside §27. The transfer-not-refund position after the confirmation date must be drafted so it does not purport to exclude non-excludable statutory rights.

Before you register.
Do I need to be in a program to attend?
Yes. The workshop assumes the method rather than teaching it from nothing, so you need at least the $100K Junior Trading Program. If you are not in a program yet, the Junior and workshop together option covers both.
What are the days and times?
Tuesday to Friday, two sessions a day — morning and afternoon, with live markets in both. There is also an informal get-together at the hotel on Monday evening. That part is social, nothing is taught, and it is included.
Do I need to arrive on Monday?
No. The Monday evening welcome is optional and nothing is taught, so if you land Tuesday morning you have missed nothing. Most people come if their travel allows — the room works better on Tuesday when everyone has already met.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop with MetaTrader 5 installed and your broker account connected, and something to write with. We provide the rest. If MT5 is not set up, tell us when you book and we will walk you through it beforehand.
Is travel included?
No. Flights and accommodation are yours to arrange. Lunch and refreshments across the four days are included, as is the Monday evening get-together.
When do you confirm the workshop is running?
Sixty days before the first day. Do not book flights before you have the confirmation email — that is the whole reason the date exists. Miami and London are confirmed together on the same date, because they are one trip.
What happens if it does not run?
You are refunded in full, with no conditions, or you can move your seat to another city. You carry none of the risk of us not filling the room.
Are the sessions recorded?
No. The room is small so that people speak freely about their own trading, and a camera changes that. What you take home is your written plan and your configured platform, not a video.
Why does each city cost a different amount?
Each city is priced on what it costs to run there — venue, catering and travel all differ. You pay the price of the room you sit in, whichever country you travel from.
