— Trader readiness assessment
Are you trading the $10–15K setups — or missing them?
$10,000–$15,000 is what a 1–1.5% move returns on the $1,000,000 account traded in Max Alpha. It is position sizing, not a forecast of your results.
Fifteen questions. Under three minutes. An honest read on where your trading actually stands — including when the answer is “not yet”.

— What it measures
Four things that decide whether you keep what you make.
Most traders know something is wrong without being able to name it. The assessment separates the four places it usually is.
Trade selection
Are you taking the best setups with a defined plan — or the setups that happen to be in front of you?
Trading performance
Is the structure of your capital management quietly working against your results?
Trade management
Are you cutting winners short and letting losers run further than your plan allows?
Trading consistency
How much of your decision-making is process, and how much is whatever you were feeling that session?
— Why a diagnosis first
Screen time alone does not make traders better.
Three economists at the University of São Paulo followed 19,646 people who took up day trading on the Brazilian futures market between 2013 and 2015. Among those who stuck at it beyond 300 sessions — the group you would expect to have learned the craft — 97% lost money, and around 1% out-earned the minimum wage.
The finding that matters most is the one at the end of the paper: they found no evidence that traders improved through experience alone. Persisting did not make people better. Work on the Taiwan Stock Exchange points the same way — under 1% of day traders earn reliable profits after costs, and that small group shows the same skill year after year. The other 99% are not unlucky.
Which is the whole argument for measuring before you grind. If another year at the screen does not fix it on its own, the useful first move is finding out precisely what is broken.

— Who built it
Bradley Gilbert
The assessment measures the same four things I look at first in a one-on-one session. It is the shortest route to the conversation worth having.
- 36 years institutional investment banking experience
- Made over $60 million for the banks
- 20 years on frontline trading desks
- 10 years as head of trading
This gave me clarity I had not been able to get on my own.
I took the assessment and immediately saw why my performance was so inconsistent. We worked through the result in a mentoring session and pinned down exactly where to improve.
One trader's experience. Individual results vary and are not typical.
Find out where you actually stand.
Fifteen questions, under three minutes, and a result you can act on the same day.

Trading foreign exchange and derivatives carries a high level of risk to your capital and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose more than your initial investment. Most retail traders lose money. Figures shown describe position sizing on a $1,000,000 account and are not a projection of returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
