1About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Traders4Traders website, platform, software, courses, evaluations and programs. They form an agreement between you and Traders4Traders Pty Ltd (ACN 139140373), a company registered in Australia with its principal place of business in Sydney, New South Wales.

By creating an account, purchasing a product or using our platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use our services.

These terms should be read together with our risk disclosure and privacy policy.

2Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current.

Your account is personal to you. You may not share your login, your access, or any paid content with another person. Accounts found to be shared may be suspended without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3What we provide

Depending on the plan or program you hold, we provide access to trading education, market analysis, trading signals, software, a trading dashboard and journal, funding evaluations, and mentoring. What is included at each level is described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

We provide general information and educational services. We do not provide personal financial advice, we do not manage money, and we do not trade on your behalf. See our risk disclosure for detail.

We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your term.

4SMS messaging

Where you opt in by ticking the SMS consent box (for example during the Trader Readiness Assessment), we may send SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. These fall into two categories:

Transactional — your assessment result, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, no-show follow-ups and updates about programmes you have enrolled in.

Promotional — occasional offers and educational trading content.

Consent is optional and never a condition of purchase or enrolment. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. While we aim to deliver all SMS promptly, delivery depends on the recipient's mobile carrier, and we cannot guarantee receipt or timing.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to opt out of all SMS. Opt-outs are honoured promptly. For help, reply HELP or email support@traders4traders.com.

5Subscriptions and billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in Australian dollars and are displayed before you purchase.

You may cancel at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you retain access until then. We do not require notice, a phone call or a retention conversation.

If a payment fails we will attempt to charge again and will notify you. If payment cannot be taken, access may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.

We may change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days notice before a price change takes effect, and may cancel before it does.

6Plans and billing

The free plan is free — no card details required. Paid plans (Pro and Ultra) are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled; card details are required at signup for paid plans.

You may upgrade or downgrade at any point from your profile page. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

No free trials are offered on paid plans. Free accounts receive 5 days of Pro access at signup, after which access continues on the free plan unless you upgrade. What the free plan includes is described on the pricing page.

7Trading programs

The $1 Million Maximum Alpha Trading Team and the $100K Junior Trading Program run for twelve months from your enrolment date. What is included is described on the relevant program page.

Max Alpha places are limited to twelve per intake and entry is by application. We may decline an application.

At the end of the twelve months you may renew for $3,500 per year, which continues your platform access, evaluation account, Masterclass access and group mentoring. Renewal is not automatic unless separately agreed.

Mentoring sessions are scheduled by agreement. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule; repeated non-attendance without notice may result in sessions being forfeited.

8Funding evaluations

An evaluation account is a simulated trading environment. Progression to a funded account requires reaching a 10% profit target while remaining within a 7.5% maximum loss limit, a 2.5% daily loss limit and a 2.5% maximum open risk. There is no time limit.

Breaching any limit ends the evaluation. You may reset and restart on the same terms for $200.

Once funded, the profit split is 75% to you. [LEGAL — payout frequency, minimum payout amount, method, and any conditions on withdrawal to be specified.]

We may end an evaluation or a funded account without refund where we reasonably believe the rules have been circumvented, including through prohibited strategies, coordinated trading across accounts, or exploiting platform or pricing errors. [LEGAL — define prohibited strategies specifically.]

9Prime Time Pro licences

A Prime Time Pro licence is granted for use on a single MetaTrader 5 account and is not transferable between accounts except as set out below.

One licence is included with the Game-Changer plan and with each trading program. Additional licences are available at $75 per month to members who already hold one, and end when the plan or program they sit under ends.

We will reissue a licence to a new account at no charge where your account changes for a legitimate reason — a reset following a breach, an evaluation account progressing to funded status, or a change of broker. [LEGAL — annual cap on free reissues, if any.]

The licence permits you to run the software on your own account. It does not permit you to copy, distribute, resell, reverse engineer or make the software available to any other person. We may revoke a licence where these terms are breached.

10Rewards program

Rewards points are promotional credits earned on eligible purchases and activity as described on the rewards pages at the time. Points have no cash value and are not a financial product, property or asset of yours. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash except where we expressly allow it.

When you claim or redeem a reward, the redemption is final. We will not reverse a claim, refund the points used, or convert a claimed reward back into points or cash.

If you claim a reward against a product or program, you may not also request a refund for that product or program. Claiming a reward ends any entitlement to the 30-day money-back guarantee, or to any other refund, in respect of the qualifying purchase that earned the points or the product the reward relates to.

If we refund a qualifying purchase for any reason, points earned from that purchase — and any reward claimed with them — will be reversed or deducted from the refund.

We may reverse points, refuse or cancel claims where we reasonably believe the rewards program is being abused, including multiple accounts, artificial activity, or claiming a reward and then requesting a refund or chargeback.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded.

11Refunds and the 30-day guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our trading programs. If you request a refund within 30 days of enrolment, and you have not yet placed a trade on your evaluation account, we will refund you in full.

The guarantee ends when you place your first trade on your evaluation account. At that point the program has commenced and the fee is non-refundable.

This guarantee covers change of mind. It is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Evaluation fees and reset fees are non-refundable once the evaluation account has been issued. Subscription fees already charged are not refunded on cancellation, but access continues to the end of the paid period.

Claiming a reward under the rewards program ends any entitlement to this guarantee in respect of the qualifying purchase — see the Rewards program section above.

12Acceptable use

You may not share, resell, republish or distribute our courses, signals, software or any other paid content. You may not record or redistribute live sessions.

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to: copy, reproduce, duplicate, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our platform, software, expert advisors, models or any underlying component, except to the extent that the restriction cannot lawfully be imposed;

scrape, crawl, spider or bulk-extract data or content from our websites, platform or any part of them, by automated means or otherwise, except through an interface we expressly provide for that purpose;

resell, sublicense, white-label, mirror, frame or otherwise make our websites, services or content available to a third party, except as expressly permitted by these terms;

use our content, signals, courses, software or platform outputs to train, fine-tune, evaluate or develop an AI model, chatbot or competing service;

use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or unauthorised purpose, or in any way that interferes with the platform or with other members.

Our Discord community and live sessions are shared spaces. We expect courtesy. Abuse, harassment, spam, solicitation of other members, or promotion of competing services may result in removal without refund.

Copying, reproducing or taking any part of our website, platform or content — including by automated means, bots, scrapers, mirrors or manual reproduction — is a breach of these terms and may also be an infringement of our intellectual property rights. We may take legal action to protect our rights, including seeking injunctions and damages.

13Our content and intellectual property

All course material, software, written analysis, signal content, platform code, website design, text, graphics, logos, branding and all other content on our websites and platform (together, "our content") remain the property of Traders4Traders Pty Ltd or our licensors. Our content is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws in Australia and internationally.

Your purchase or subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use our content for your own trading and education. It does not transfer ownership of anything, and it does not give you any right to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell or create derivative works from our content.

It is not legal to copy our websites, platform, content, signals, software or expert advisors — in whole or in part, in any form or by any means — without our prior written consent. This includes copying the layout, design, text, graphics or code of the site, and includes reproduction by scraping, bots, mirroring or manual copying.

Trades you make and data you generate through your own trading remain yours.

14Liability

Our services are educational and informational. You are responsible for your trading decisions and for any losses arising from them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, our software, or reliance on any information we provide.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

We do not guarantee that the platform, signals or software will be available without interruption or free of error, and we are not liable for losses arising from delays, outages, connectivity problems, broker conduct, or third-party platform failures.

15Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these terms (including the acceptable use and intellectual property provisions above), where payment fails and is not remedied, or where we reasonably believe your conduct is harmful to other members or to the integrity of an evaluation.

Where we terminate for breach, fees already paid are not refunded. Where we terminate for any other reason, we will refund the unused portion of your term on a pro-rata basis.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give you at least 30 days notice by email and publish the updated terms with a revised date.

Continuing to use our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may cancel.

17Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Traders4Traders Pty Ltd submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
